The café bar in the Lentos Museum was rebuilt in 2006. Starting point for the project was to offer a comfortable antipole to the cool, noble architecture. The new design borrows elements from a modern bodega. Warm and soft materials in dark earthy colors, as well as the selective use of wood and leather create a cozy atmosphere that is, at the same time, modern. The surrounding settee with elevated backrest is not only an ergonomic measure, but also an acoustic one.
